Mandala Wellness Retreat and Spa is a small, beautiful retreat in the peaceful mountains just north of Atlanta. We provide everything you need to accomplish your goals – first-class accommodations, simple and delicious meals, breathtaking views, time in nature – whether walking our trail, horseback riding, star-gazing or simply relaxing on the deck – along with a well-designed program of individual and group sessions, therapies and treatments to support you in becoming healthier.

Good health and wellness reflect a state of balance in mind, body and spirit. If you’re not feeling   well, or if you’re having trouble maintaining a healthy weight, you are manifesting an imbalance in your life. Most likely, you need to slow down for rest and reflection and take time to explore ways to nourish your whole self.

The focus of our holistic program is not so much about dieting or losing weight in the short term (though you'll likely lose a few pounds during your stay), but more about developing and implementing a long-term, Personal Wellness Plan which will allow you to achieve optimum health and harmony in your life. From this foundation, excess weight, along with other symptoms of imbalance, will begin to correct itself naturally.

During your 6-day Life-Balancing Retreat™ you will learn to:

  • Detoxify and nourish your body with specific foods, herbal supplements, exercise, dry brushing and detoxifying spa services
  • Balance your emotions (such as depression, anger, boredom or loneliness) with meditation, breathing and relaxation exercises
  • Eat mindfully so that each meal becomes a delightful, soul-nourishing experience                                                                                                                         
  • Open up energy pathways and balance food cravings with Qi Gong and Yoga
  • Explore self-esteem, self-acceptance and body awareness through dialogue, guided imagery and deep relaxation 

      


 

Our Weight Loss program is now accomodated within our Personal Retreats. If our approach to weight loss appeals to you, when you join us,  your clinical consultations and supporting treatments will have an emphasis on losing weight as described above. please learn more on the  Personal Retreat  page.
