"I have been blessed with so many gifted teachers over the years that it would be difficult to name them all here. A few memorable ones are - In T'ai Chi: Master Chong Teh, Sufi Frank Gibson (A senior student of Master Ni) and Christopher Gresov. My Yoga Teacher Training was with the gifted staff of Integrative Yoga Therapy and my Buddhist Meditation Teachers, spanning nearly 25 years, include: Bhante Gunaratana, Shinzen Young, Cheri Huber, Marcia Rose, Rodney Smith, Thanissaro Bhikku and Leigh Brasington. During 2005-2007, I participated in the two-year Dedicated Practitioner Program through Spirit Rock Meditation Center in Woodacre, CA.. The teaching staff for this incredible program included Jack Kornfield, Guy Armstrong, Sally Clough, James Baraz, Eugene Cash, Phillip Moffit and an array of visiting faculty including Ruth Denison and Norm Fisher.
I honor my teachers with a grateful heart and hope that what I have gained from their direction is of benefit to my students and clients.
I lead classes, workshops and retreats at Mandala, and also see a few private clients for psychotherapy or spiritual counseling sessions. I am sometimes available for phone counseling or support.. Please email or call if you'd like to speak with me further about any of my services. You can see more details on this site's Wellness Page.
