Personal Retreats offer
an in-depth experience designed to deepen your healing process and
enhance your life. People who are world-weary or who are going through difficult times come on retreat as well as people who want to quit smoking. Most often you'll stay in a nearby cabin or B & B
while coming to the Center for sessions. Linda L. Davis, MSW, LCSW will facilitate your experience. Linda is a holistic counselor and wellness educator with over 30 years of experience in helping people lead more peaceful and balanced lives. You and Linda will decide together which tools to use for your retreat, choosing
among Mindfulness Meditation, Relaxation & Stress Reduction,Guided
Imagery, Counseling, Coaching, Hypnosis, Yoga & more. She may also
suggest journaling, creative projects, topics for inquiry and reflection
and time in nature to enhance your retreat time.
While on retreat you may also choose massage therapy or spa services,
acupuncture or reflexology at Nacoochee Crossing
Wellness Center to enhance the experience of rest and renewal that a
retreat offers. Our peaceful valley has everything you need to make
your stay complete and fulfilling. We are happy to help you coordinate
the perfect experience.
Linda also offers one-day and weekend retreats in Sautee-Nacoochee and other locations.
